2. Main characteristics of the service
Essah offers a single-competition Event package (30 days' access) and yearly Institution and Enterprise packages, priced by the number of simultaneous halls. Contents and current prices are shown in the price table on essah.app and at checkout.

3. Price and payment
The total amount payable is shown at checkout once you choose a plan and period. The amount shown is the total payable; no VAT or other tax is added.
Payment is accepted only by bank transfer (havale/EFT); card details are never requested or stored. After your purchase request you are shown our bank account (IBAN), the amount due and a reference code. Make the transfer with the reference code in the description and submit “I have paid”. Your plan is activated once the payment is confirmed in our account (Usually within 1 business day after the payment reaches our account).
4. Performance (start of service)
The service is provided digitally; there is no physical delivery. The plan is activated in your account once the payment is verified and is available for the chosen period.
5. Term and renewal
- Plans run for the period you choose (monthly / yearly etc.) and do not renew automatically; to renew you pay again — there is no automatic charge.
- If you renew the same plan early, the new period is added to the current end date. When switching to a different plan, the new plan starts on the day it is confirmed.
- When the period ends your account returns to the free version; your data is not deleted, paid features are locked.
- The Event package is one-off and valid for 30 days from confirmation.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of the contract (the day you created the purchase request).
- Before the plan is activated (before your payment is confirmed) you may always withdraw; the full amount is refunded to the account it came from within 14 days of your notice.
- After activation: the service is performed electronically and instantly. If at checkout you expressly request that the service start before the withdrawal period ends, your right of withdrawal ends when the plan is activated (Regulation Art. 15(1)(ğ)). This consent is requested at checkout. If you do not want the plan to start before the withdrawal period ends, tell us at hasan@pingel.dev after paying; your plan will then be activated when the 14 days have passed and you may withdraw during that time.
To withdraw, e-mail hasan@pingel.dev with your name, account e-mail and reference code.
7. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to hasan@pingel.dev. For disputes you may apply, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where you live or where the transaction took place, or to the Consumer Court above those limits. You can also apply online through e-Devlet (TÜBİS).
8. Confirmation
At checkout you are asked to confirm that you have read this form; the date, version and order details are stored with your request. This form and the Distance Sales Agreement remain accessible from your account and at this address.
